REGOLAMENTO RISTORANTI
- L'ingresso alla zona bar, aperitivo e dopocena non è consentito a minorenni non accompagnati. Sono perciò benvenuti ragazzi e bambini purchè accompagnati.
- Non si accettano prenotazioni di tavoli interamente di minorenni
- Non ospitiamo compleanni e feste di minori di anni 21, non ospitiamo feste per 18° per compagnie di soli ragazzi inferiori ad anni 21
- La direzione si riserva il diritto di selezione all'ingresso per motivi di comportamento e look adeguato ed educato
- Non è possibile personalizzare con addobbi e festoni il tavolo prenotato o parte del locale, se non previo accordo
- Gli amici animali sono sempre benvenuti nella zona Ristorante,Bistrot e Bar sotto la stretta sorveglianza del padrone
-In caso di prenotazione con pagamento ONLINE (eventi speciali) si specifica che NON E' PREVISTO IL RIMBORSO PER NESSUN MOTIVO. Consigliamo quindi per le prenotazioni SOLO se si è sicuri di poterne usufruire. Il locale è sempre aperto.
- - La prenotazione non è nominale e può essere ceduta a terzi
- In caso di prenotazione e pagamento online la ricevuta fiscale sarà disponibile all'arrivo, viene emessa nelle 24h successive al pagamento
REGOLAMENTO LIDI E SPIAGGE
- In caso di prenotazione con pagamento ONLINE (i nostri lidi, la piscina di Varese o eventi speciali) si specifica che NON E' PREVISTO IL RIMBORSO PER NESSUN MOTIVO. Consigliamo quindi per le prenotazioni a lido e piscina di verificare il meteo e prenotare SOLO se si è sicuri di poterne usufruire. Il locale è sempre aperto.
- La prenotazione non è nominale e può essere ceduta a terzi
- La tariffa pomeridiana del lido inizia alle ore 15:00
- Per chi prenota e paga online, al suo arrivo riceverà la ricevuta fiscale relativa al pagamento avvenuto
- Non è consentito l'ingresso di animali nella zona lido e piscina, sono benvenuti sempre nell'area Bar, Ristorante e Bistrot
- IN CASO DI NO-SHOW senza alcun tipo di comunicazione, alle 15.00 i lettini possono ritenersi liberi da prenotazione
- Non si accettano prenotazioni per gruppi interamente costituiti da minorenni
- L'ingresso alla zona bar, aperitivo e dopocena adiacenti ai nostri lidi non è consentito a minorenni non accompagnati. Sono perciò benvenuti ragazzi e bambini purchè accompagnati.

RESTAURANT REGULATIONS
- Access to the bar, aperitif and after-dinner area is not permitted to unaccompanied minors. Therefore, accompanied children and teenagers are welcome.
- We do not accept table reservations entirely from minors
- We do not host birthdays and parties for minors under 21, we do not host 18th birthday parties for groups of only teenagers
- The management reserves the right to select at the entrance for reasons of appropriate and polite behavior and look
- It is not possible to personalize the booked table or part of the premises with decorations and festoons, unless previously agreed
- Pet friends are always welcome in the Restaurant, Bistro and Bar area under the strict supervision of the owner
- In case of reservation with ONLINE payment (special events) it is specified that a refund IS NOT PROVIDED for any reason. We therefore recommend bookings ONLY if you are sure you can use them. The venue is always open. The booking is not nominative and can be transferred to third parties
- In case of online booking and payment, the receipt will be available upon arrival, it is issued within 24 hours of payment
LIDO REGULATIONS
- In case of booking with ONLINE payment (our lidos, the Varese swimming pool or special events) it is specified that NO refund IS PROVIDED for any reason. We therefore recommend for bookings at the lido and swimming pool to check the weather and book ONLY if you are sure you can use them. The venue is always open. The reservation is not nominative and can be transferred to third parties
- The afternoon rate of the beach club starts at 3:00 pm
- For those who book and pay online, upon arrival they will receive a receipt for the payment made
- Animals are not allowed in the beach club and swimming pool area, they are always welcome in the Bar, Restaurant and Bistro area
- IN CASE OF NO-SHOW without any type of communication, at 3:00 pm the sunbeds can be considered free from reservation
- Reservations are not accepted for groups entirely made up of minors
- Access to the bar, aperitif and after-dinner area is not permitted to unaccompanied minors. Therefore, teenagers and children are welcome as long as they are accompanied.
